Eliot Flats Under Construction
Currently under construction at 3233 Eliot Street in northwest Denver is the Eliot Flats residential development. This project is being developed by iUNIT. The property is located just west of Federal boulevard and just north of North High School.
Eliot Flats will contain 30 studio and 10 one-bedroom apartment units. The building will be three floors in height with the first floor providing covered parking and the second and third floor housing the apartments. Construction is expected to be completed in mid February. The rooftop will feature a common gathering space for residents. The property will have bike storage and free WiFi throughout the building.
Different demographics are likely to call Eliot Flats home. “We will run the gamut. We will have some people right of college, we will have some young professionals and likely some empty nesters as well that travel a lot and want a crash pad near downtown,” explained iUNIT founder Brice Leconte Eliot Flats will include technological features. Bluetooth wireless speakers are being installed in the units and wireless power charging stations will also be included. The building will have solar panels on the roof to generate power. “We pride ourselves on being a real estate technology development company. We try and tackle things that no one else in the marketplace is working on– integrating technology into our projects to make them more energy efficient. We are installing all these gadgets like water usage sensors so we can depend less on energy consumption,” said Leconte The studio units begin at under 1,000 a month. “People are going to get into a great neighborhood at a great price point,” said Leconte. Van Meter Williams Pollack is the architecture firm that designed Eliot Flats. They have offices in Denver and San Francisco. After Eliot Flats is complete, iUNIT has plans to develop a future project in downtown Denver.
