Eliot Flats is Denver’s first Energy Star certified energy efficient modular apartment community made up of 40 iUnits and located in the heart of the popular Lower Highlands neighborhood in Denver. Eliot Flats features 30 studios and 10 one-bedroom units, offering high walkability to restaurants, bars, running and biking trails, public transit and easily accessible via bike or bus to downtown Denver, light rail and countless other community amenities. The community is made up of 169 iUnits, the majority being our SmartUnit studios. The site is located across the street from the brand new TOD stop at Claude Court and borders the bike trail for easy access of our residents. The community will be made up of 108 sustainable workforce housing rental units. Amenities will include a state of the art community center and our latest micro grid technology.

Derby Ridge will be a new sustainable attainable rental home community located in Strasburg, VA strategically located at the intersection of HWY 66 and 81 and within driving distance to Northern Virginia. The new rental homes will range from townhomes to cottages with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. A community solar farm is also in the works that would produce 4 times the energy needs of the community.
