We are excited to be working with the City of Thornton to bring our first iUnit Community. The site is located across the street from the brand new TOD stop at Claude Court and borders the bike trail for easy access of our residents. The community will be made up of 108 sustainable workforce housing rental units. Amenities will include a state of the art community center and our latest micro grid technology.
